We had a happen chance meeting with Paul when entertaining the idea of my son buying his first home. At the very first meeting, Paul was very informative and provided the guidance we needed without the added pressure to “seal the deal”. This genuine compassion for our experience is what affirmed our decision to hire him as our realtor. Since then he had been the guide, the protector and a valuable resource which led us to closing on a new build less than 6 months since our initial meeting! We could not be more thrilled!

I have worked with Paul Schram since Dec. 2024. He was continueously showing me houses on my computer, as I'm in Texas. He's been a delite to work with and has been very patient with my turn downs as we went along. The house I finally found in Simpsonville, SC he showed me pictures and had all the things that needed repair. He had the seller have them repaired for me so I wouldn't have to worry about them. Paul is a beautiful person in my association with him. He' also a great realtor and friend. Dottie McLean
