I’m updating this review to provide full context. I was contacted unsolicited after my information was pulled from the MLS. I clearly asked not to be contacted again and stated that I am on the Do Not Solicit registry. Despite that, the outreach continued. That alone was enough to ensure I would never consider doing business here. But the response to my original review removed any doubt. Instead of taking accountability, I was called a “coward” for using initials on a public review platform—something many people do for privacy. This interaction reflects a lack of professionalism, poor respect for boundaries, and an inability to handle feedback constructively. If this is how concerns are addressed publicly, it raises serious questions about how clients are treated privately. For those reasons, I stand by the 1-star rating.
